My office hours are Tuesday and occasional Saturday mornings, by appointment only.

My office is directly across the parking lot from Westamerica Bank. The suite is #3, shared with Ann Hathaway, MD.

From Highway 101 heading south: Take exit 456 for Lucas Valley Rd/Smith Ranch Rd, cross over the freeway, and turn onto the frontage road heading South, just before the movie theater. Turn left into the parking lot for 25 Mitchell when you come to the entrance.

From Highway 101 heading north: Take the Manuel T Freitas Pkwy exit (Exit 455), bear to your right and turn left at the first stop sign, onto the frontage road. Follow the frontage road till you get to Mitchell Blvd, turn right, then immediately left into the office park parking lot.

You may park in any spot in the building's parking lot that is not specifically designated for another business.

Suite 3 is on the ground floor. The suite has a small waiting room to the right when you come in the door.
